"Deep Roots Oral History Project: African American Histories in the Imperial Valley" is an ongoing oral histories project in partnership between SDSU Imperial Valley and the Imperial Valley Social Justice Committee (IVSJC). The interviewees speak about topics ranging from how they came to the Imperial Valley to how racism and discrimination affect their lives.
