The collection contains affidavits authored by Professor Thomas M. Davies and Mrs. Adele Davies in support of Latin Americans seeking asylum, mostly LGBTQ cases. The affidavits supported Professor Davies' expert testimony in United States Immigration Courts. Names have been removed to protect the immigrants.
