The 19th-century compiler of the family papers, Miguel Cervantes, put together this 16th folder, in Volume 2, of documents from a trial between the indigenous peoples (Aztecs) of San Miguel Tlaixpan and the possessor of the Hacienda de Tlaixpan, Manuel Alyandro (elsewhere Alexandro) Barba, which Barba won.
