The 19th-century compiler of the family papers, Miguel Cervantes, put together this third folder, in Volume 1, relating to an original land grant to Martin de Urguiaga, amounting to 211.6 acres, one caballeria being the amount granted to a horse soldier. The grant was from the viceroy of Mexico, Diego Fernández de Córdoba.
