Description
The focus of the thesis project is to develop a recruitment tool which would be used by a professor or any industry to conduct online tests of candidates and evaluate them against a set of job requirements. It also has an integrated discussion forum which would be used as a collaboration platform for test takers and administrators. The motivation behind this thesis project was to create a tool that would help the professors of the business school to streamline the process of intern selection. With the discussion forum tool, students are encouraged to share their ideas, views and knowledge. Thus, this is not only a recruitment test application but also a collaboration platform for test takers and administrators. This project also has a lot of scope for enhancements and customization to support a variety of question types, user types and industry types. The test questions are designed to help evaluation of character traits, rather that prerequisite knowledge, at least at this stage.
