The Language Acquisition Resource Center (LARC) at San Diego State University has an inventory of valuable language resources such as books, Compact Disks (CDs), laser disks etc. This thesis work deals with the analysis, design and development of a web application to effectively maintain these language resources. This application will help the user to search and manage LARC's resources easily. The search capabilities include keyword search and category based search. The management capabilities include adding a new resource, check-in, check-out of resources, rating the resource, posting reviews or comments. The search results dynamically change based on how good the rating is. The web application supports most common web browsers. All these features simplify and accelerate the search for authentic language resources.
