With "United States Embassy" in maroon, each white letter of "Tel Aviv" is on one of seven colors of the rainbow. "2016" on the sleeve at right is also in rainbow colors, with a small "pride" under it in English and presumably in Hebrew (or Yiddish) and Arabic.
