This writing is on the reverse side of the blueprints with identifiers ranging from MS-0293-LP-1903-01 to MS-0293-LP-1903-10. It says: "Approved this 12th day of November, 1903 Geo. [George] C. Pardee - Governor Truman Reeves - State Treasurer C.F. [Charles F.] Curry - Secretary of State" Each blueprint also has a filing stamp dated November 17, 1903 by E.P. Colgan, Controller
