Victor W. Geraci asks his father about neighbors, family, and community members in El Cajon. The chief of police was nicknamed "Bulldog" Jennings. They made wine each year for home use during Prohibition, so the chief of police would check their cellar to see if there was wine if they did not have a permit, and he tells stories about how this worked out.
