Sinda Gregory meets with Ted Mooney in his apartment in New York City. Mooney discusses how his parents were both writers and that influenced his choice of career. The place of his parents in politics, as his father worked for President Lyndon Johnson, is also discussed as well as its influence on Mooney’s eventual choice of career. Gregory discusses Mooney’s novel, Easy Travel to Other Planets, which she has taught in her classes.
