The construction industry in the United States has over the years experienced a variety of design, bid and construction delivery methods. Since 1993 the Design-Build delivery method has grown considerably. Recognizing the importance of this development, the author examines and presents potential for growth of the Design-Build delivery method, and highlights the pros and cons for those in the construction business considering the Design-Build option.
