Letter from a United States detainee
W. writes that he was arrested a year ago for suspicion of drunkenness, but passed all the tests and had no drugs in his system. Nevertheless, having originated in Nicaragua, he was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, having lived in the U. S. with his family since 2003. His wife hired an immigration lawyer who robbed them. His children "want their father back."
