Letter from a Honduran detainee
H. tells how family was killed and, threatened, H. had to flee Honduras. Migrating to Mexico, H. was kidnapped. With his rescue, some kidnappers went to jail and some were freed, and H. fears reprisals. H. cannot pay a lawyer and has "made mistakes that I now regret." H. asks for help and a phone number.
