Letter from an Eastern Asian detainee
The author is writing to the Allies to make friends. This detainee grew up on a family farm in Eastern Asia. The author is only able to call family in Eastern Asia every two weeks because the phone calls are expensive, and he buys food from the commissary because "the food here is so bad" and only "just a little."
