In the years 49-45 BCE Rome plunged into a bloody civil war. Often referred to as Caesar’s Civil War, the conflict would ultimately decide the fate of the two remaining members of the original triumvirate: Gaius Julius Caesar and Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus., Final Digital Humanities assignment for Roman History (HIST 503), taught by Dr. Elizabeth Pollard.
