This project is specifically designed to be of some value to the Camp Fire Girls ' Council as an aid in the operation of the established Camp Fire Girls' Camp. The thoughts contained herein represent the best thinking of many authorities on the subject of established camping. Any institution that deals with a program of an educational nature is constantly undergoing changes and studying better ways to accomplish its purposes. The sincere hope of this writer is that the following chapters will be of benefit to the various camp committees, the director, and the staff in planning and maintaining an established camp of superior quality.
