Many professionals in the field of Cybersecurity believe a gap exists between the skills the industry requires and what new hires and students bring to the field. Seemingly, adversaries continue becoming more coordinated and skillful, while several barriers exist for those entering and working toward the craft. This thesis seeks to identify some of those barriers, look at existing solutions, and propose a dynamic project to hopefully address a few.
