This thesis provides additional charting features to a charting tool for GIS data and mapping platform. It focuses on the creation of two new tools, histograms and scatter plots, as well as representing regression models for future prediction. The aim is the creation and improvement of JAVA API easily to add plots, histograms and regression models to an existing Java Application. The original tool uses pie charts and bar charts. This thesis is meant to explore the creation of a tool for reading raw data and visually representing quantitative fields of a database, in Java. The primary motive of this project is to add new plots and regression tools for Geodata using the Java language. This enhanced set of statistical visual tools will be made integral with any map objects java edition program.
