Fitch holds a white-hot piece of metal with tongs. This photograph is located in the Moore Family's blue album but was originally recovered from Jonestown by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A handwritten note next to the print in the album identifies this as "Donald Fitch," though this photograph is also on the Alternative Considerations of Jonestown site, which identifies this as Thomas Fitch. Both men worked as welders at Jonestown, and both died in the tragedy on November 18, 1978, but a previous resident also identifies this as Donald.
