The Santa Barbara Harbor is crowded with yachts and small boats, looking toward the north to Stearns Wharf and the shore cliffs on the east. The initials of P. V. Reyes and his number 0-2 have almost faded completely near the right lower corner. The photographic paper used to develop this image was manufactured from 1930 to 1950.
