Renamed Pershing Square in 1918, this park in downtown Los Angeles has a central fountain, visible here from a high view. The Auditorium Hotel is the furthest building on the left in the next street. The auditorium that had been the Temple Auditorium and became the Philharmonic in the 1920s is in the middle, with the California Club on the right. Behind these buildings lie apartment houses. The approximate date is the 1910s.
