In general, many buildings and artifacts in the "Ghost Town" were actually relocated starting in 1940 from ghost towns, neighboring ranches, or abandoned areas of western towns. This replica of a Wells Fargo office has a clerk and trunks and suitcases for shipment. The brand of photo papers used for this Real Photo postcard--a type typically sold at Knott's until around 1960--was made starting in 1950. The approximate date is the 1950s.
