This color picture postcard has the message space on the back filled with an advertisement by San Diego Building Co. The "California bungalow" labeled in the photograph is supposedly a San Diego residence, complete with awning, in the "bungalow" style of 1-1/2 stories, appearing to have a room with dormer windows under the roof peak over the full floor on the ground level. There is a suggestion of a fuller second floor behind the left slope of the roof. The approximate date is 1915.
