A copy of this picture postcard is also held at the San Diego Public Library, which has identified the depicted structure as a historic house that stood at the corner of Third Avenue and Walnut Avenue. In 2020 Third Avenue jogs at Walnut, but there are no historic buildings at either intersection. On the back of this card are a seal of the Panama-California Exposition of 1915 and the publisher's (Eno & Matteson) number, 4020. The Curt Teich number on the back of the card is A-10212, and the publisher's number is 4020. The approximate date is 1910.
