The publisher, M. Kashower Co., only operated from 1900 to 1920, limiting the date range of this hand-tinted color picture postcard. Despite the presence of a streetcar in approximately the middle of the card toward the bottom (probably a Class 1), the suprastructure of streetcar wires has been removed, as appears to be typical with enhanced postcard photographs. The US Grant hotel, with the flags in this photograph, opened in 1910. The approximate date is the 1910s.
