One side of a fold-out postcard of Balboa Park. The Fine Arts Gallery was opened in 1926, designed in the Beaux-Arts style by San Diego architects William Templeton Johnson (1877-1957) and Robert W. Snyder (1874-1954), on the Plaza de Panama. It was subsequently used as the San Diego Museum of Art.
