Seen from the west, Cabrillo Bridge (Puente de Cabrillo) over Cabrillo Canyon carries El Prado street into Balboa Park in San Diego, through the archway that can just be seen at a notch in the trees on the right of this photograph. On the left are visible two buildings on the California Quadrangle: the California Tower just to the right of center, and to its left, glimpsed through trees, the California Building that houses the San Diego Museum of Us. The California Quadrangle was designed by Bertram Goodhue (1869-1924) and built for the Panama-California Exposition of 1915.
