Aerial view of San Diego and Balboa Park showing Puente Cabrillo, or Cabrillo Bridge, and the 1915 Panama-California Exposition Buildings. At the right end of the bridge, in about the center, are the California Tower and California Building designed by Bertram Goodhue (1869-1924) for the Exposition. At the far right towards the bottom (south) is the Spreckels Organ Pavilion, designed by Harrison Albright (1866-1932). The large white building on the right toward the mountains (north) is the War of the Worlds Building in the Isthmus or Fun Zone region of the Exposition. South of the Exposition buildings, in the middle on the right, can be seen the tents of the 4th Marine Regiment, 2nd Battalion.
